At Sales Key Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services designed to support your sales success. Due to the nature of our work—which involves strategic planning, time investment, and proprietary materials—all payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

However, we understand that unforeseen situations can arise. If you are dissatisfied with a service or believe an error has occurred, we encourage you to contact us directly within 7 business days of service delivery to discuss a resolution. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and will work with you in good faith to resolve any concerns.

Deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable.

Missed scheduled sessions or failure to provide necessary materials may result in forfeited time or fees.

Refunds will not be issued for work already completed or delivered.
Digital Products & Downloads
All purchases of digital products—including templates, downloadable resources, guides, or toolkits—are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted or a file is downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
